We developed special monitoring of the targets to visualize and confirm their fate, as well as collecting all data from the routers for attribution and historical proof. The Zero Day makes it impossible for the router to fully boot, so it cannot be repaired.
Mefisto developed automation to complete the job, which is usable on future projects. The monitoring maps confirmed the kills, and twitter friends provided some great memes! It will be costly and time consuming to replace and configure these units.
